Sunday, August 25th, 1:00pm-4:00pm Canyon Trail Park Art Center 6757 Gatto Avenue El Cerrito, CA 94530 Take Hagen Blvd off Cutting Blvd to Canyon Trail Blvd to Gatto Ave, approximately 4 blocks uphill from the former Windrush School Bring your ideas for better walking in the northern neighborhoods of El Cerrito! This guided tour and workshop will provide participants with the opportunity to comment on proposed bicycle and pedestrian improvements as part of the Active Transportation Plan (an update to the 2007 Circulation Plan for Bicyclists and Pedestrians). The tour and workshop will also discuss Urban Greening strategies to make El Cerrito a more pleasant place to walk. Attendees should be prepared to walk approximately 3 miles.
