I am also currently a multimedia, digital arts student at the Berkeley City College. I am very interested in exhibiting my work at the City of El Cerrito City hall. My diverse body of work is mostly inspired by nature, its beauty and the environmental concerns I have for the continuous destruction of our natural resources. My most recent body of work consists of wild flowers that are grown in the Bay Area but go unnoticed by many due to their size and ordinary looks. My mission has been to bring the beauty and function of these plants to my viewer by closely inspecting, exploring and photographing them with a macro lens, and unfold their beauty and mysteries under favorable lighting. Various photographs from this series were exhibited at the Triton Museum of Santa Clara in May 2013, in addition to other Bay Area Galleries. My future plans include to organize show and tell series with Bay Area schools to teach elementary school students about native plans and environment.
