NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – EL CERRITO CITY COUNCIL CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 10890 SAN PABLO AVENUE, EL CERRITO, CA MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE INTEGRATED WASTE MANAGEMENT FEE EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2012 MONDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2011 AT 7:30 P.M. The City is proposing to increase the maximum allowable Integrated Waste Management (IWM) Fee, effective January 1, 2012.
