CITY HALL 10940 San Pablo Avenue El Cerrito, CA 94530 ScCAP Solar PV Systems Joint Municipal Procurement QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS As of February 10, 2012 Q1) It appears you are recommending system sizes based upon an assumed rate change. Is this correct? The recommended sizes were based on a 70% to 80% offset so that the facilities could choose the A6 rate structure and/or put additional energy efficiency measures in place. Q2) On the San Pablo City Hall there are four different meters and 3 different rates. Can it be discussed with PG&E to aggregate these meters onto one rate and use one tie in point? We are still investigating the answer to this question. Q3) We’d like to request demand data for all large bundle meters on A10, E19 and E20 rates. Specifically: Albany City Hall, San Pablo City Hall bldg 2, San Pablo Police Dept, El Cerrito Public Safety Bldg, El Cerrito Community Center - Pools Find attached 2 spreadsheets containing energy usage, including demand, data for all affiliated electricity accounts.
