El Cerrito Municipal Code Section 2.04.280 Design Review Board. There shall be a design review board. A. It shall have the following powers and duties: 1. Those specified in Title 19 of this code, to fulfill the design review function for the city; 2. Those specified in Title 16 of this code, to fulfill the functions of a board of appeals. B. It shall consist of five members. At least three of the members shall be members of the design professions. No more than two members may be members of the planning commission.
