AGENDA BILL Agenda Item No. 5(N) Date: May 19, 2015 To: El Cerrito City Council From: Janet Bilbas, Senior Services Supervisor Subject: Committee on Aging Membership Recommendation ACTION REQUESTED Approve a Committee on Aging recommendation to appoint Kenneth Epley to the Committee on Aging, effective May 19,2015. BACKGROUND At the March 18, 2015 Committee on Aging Regular Meeting, the members voted unanimously to recommend to the City Council the appointment of Mr. Kenneth Epley. For the past year Mr. Epley has been living in El Cerrito and has lived in Contra Costa County over 30 years. He is a retired Real Estate Broker and Appraiser and has had personal experiences serving on other boards that would allow him to contribute to the committee. He has always felt a call to help and represent his neighbors. He also prides himself to maturely communicate with seniors in El Cerrito. Reviewed by: Scott Hanin City Manager Attachment: 1.
