In accordance with § 39-1-111(5) and §39-5-128 C.R.S., and Article X, Section 20 of the Colorado Constitution, I hereby certify the required values of property located within the territorial limits of the above entity as listed on the attached Certification of Values Form, DLG-57. Please be advised that in accordance with S§22-40-102(1),(3) and §39-5-128(1), entities intending to certify a levy for the current tax year must certify the levy to the Board of County Commissioners no later than December 15, 2025. ALSO- HB24-1302 requires local governments that levy property tax to provide specific mill levy information to counties when the certify their mill levies by December 15 as part of the budget process in §39-1-125(1)(a) CRS. As a courtesy, we have included this form with your re-certification of values. Please be advised that in accordance with § 32-1-306, C.R.S., entities must maintain a current, accurate map of its boundaries and shall provide such map to the county assessor, clerk and recorder, and division no later than January 1, 2026.
