This notice has been posted in accordance with C.R.S. 1-7-509 Posted: September 25th, 2019 COUNTY OF ELBERT Dallas Schroeder Clerk & Recorder PO Box 990 440 Comanche Street Kiowa, CO 80117 [PHONE REDACTED] PUBLIC NOTICE The Elbert County Election Department will be conducting Logic and Accuracy Testing on voting machines being used for the 2020 Elbert County General Election on: Date: Tuesday, September 29, 2020 Time: 1:00 PM Location: Elbert County Elections Department 440 Comanche Street Kiowa, Colorado 80117 The testing is open to the representatives of political parties, the press, coordinating districts, and the public. No observer or representative may hinder or disturb the testing process. The County Clerk reserves the right to remove any person(s) from the testing area if they disrupt the testing process. The absence of observers or participants shall not delay or stop the public test. A copy of this notice may be obtained from the Elbert County Election Department or online at www.elbertcounty-co.gov
