Information for the Applicants: · Property owner is responsible for obtaining utility locates in the right-of-way. · Only trees marked by Elbert County Public Works are eligible for removal. · Property owner will be responsible for all traffic control necessary for public safety. · Property owner agrees to restore the grade to pre-existing conditions after removal of tree(s). · Property owner agrees to mitigate damage to utilities. · Propety owner will be responsible for any fees incurred for damage to utilities, right-of-way and/or roadways. · No removal will take place until this application has been approved by Elbert County Public Works. · Deposit shall be returned via mail to property owener after final inspection is complete.
