These lands are chosen for preservation based on the unique and valuable ecological assets situated within their boundaries. The six parcels proposed for dedication to the Nature Preserve consist of a diverse group of ecologically significant parcels acquired by the Town for the purpose of open space preservation. SECTION IV. - EFFECTIVE DATE: This Local Law shall take effect immediately upon filing with the Secretary of State as provided by law.
