CITY OF EAGLE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL CITY ATTORNEY SERVICES ADDENDUM I Dated: April 8, 2020 Selection Process statement: The selection process has been altered from the original statement within the April 3, 2020 City Attorney Request for Proposal. The City Attorney is a direct appointment of the Mayor and City Council in accordance with Idaho State Code. The selection process shall be as follows: Selection Process: Submitted proposals will be used to assist in the evaluation of legal services needed by the City in a work session of the Council, at a future date.
