Project Title: Eagle Bypass (SH44) Access & N. Palmetto Drive Extension Project No.: 16022 Owner: City of Eagle, Idaho Engineer: RiveRidge Engineering Co. Bid Date: 12:00 P.M. MDT, Friday (rev.) May 1, 2020 (rev.) Location: RiveRidge Engineering Co. 2447 S. Vista Avenue Boise, Idaho 83705 Addendum Acknowledgement Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum and all attachments listed below on page BID-1 of the “Bidder’s Proposal”. Any Bid that fails to comply with this requirement will be considered non-responsive. Contract Modification This Addendum shall become part of the Contract Documents for the project listed above. This Addendum consists of the following revision and clarification: 1. The bid date has been changed to Friday, May 1, 2020 at 12:00 P.M. MDT. 2. Item #31 – “Pavement Markings and Street Signage” shall be added to the N. Palmetto Drive Schedule of Values as a Lump Sum item. 3. Item #5 – “Permits” for both Schedules of Values shall have a $5,000.00 lump sum assigned as a contingency and shall be included in the Bid. Actual permits costs will be determined at the time of construction and the actual cost will be paid as a lump sum at cost with no markup. The total contract amount will be increased or decreased accordingly by Change Order. 4.
