Building Plan Review Fee Schedule Commercial Plan Review Fees are Calculated at Sixty-Five percent (65%) of the Building Permit Fee. Residential Plan Review Fees are Calculated at Thirty-Five percent (35%) of the Building Permit Fee. Commercial Building Drainage Plan Fee Schedule Direct costs incurred by the City in obtaining a review of drainage plans by the City Engineer, and subsequent inspection of drainage facilities, shall be paid for by the applicant. Review fees ($400) shall be paid prior to issuance of building permit and inspection fees, if applicable, shall be paid prior to occupancy.
