Folding instructions are available at PZ-Plan-Folding-Instructions-PDF. All plans and documents must be submitted as original, high-resolution digital versions (not copies, where applicable). For file naming and formatting instructions, please refer to the digital submittal standards located on the City’s website. ☐ ☐ A copy of the final plat review letter issued by the City Engineer. ☐ ☐ A copy of the review comments issued by the Ada County Surveyor. ☐ ☐ A letter from the Professional Land Surveyor that certifies the submitted copies of the Final Plat have addressed the first set of review comments of the Ada County Surveyor. ☐ ☐ Recorded subdivision CC&Rs and any other recorded agreements associated with the subdivision, with corresponding instrument numbers shown on the final plat. If applicable, provide the following exhibits: ☐ ☐ An exhibit that identifies all lots requiring lot-specific Grading and Drainage Plans at the time of building permit submittal. ☐ ☐ An exhibit that identifies lot-specific Construction Classifications (Class I or Class II), as defined within the approved Wildfire Management Plan or WUI regulations. ☐ I acknowledge that all information provided within the checklist and application(s) are, to the best of my abilities and knowledge, correct and accurate and that all items on the checklist are complete and included within the submittal package. ☐ I understand that additional information and/or revised plan sets may be required to be submitted, per staffs’ direction. Failure to provide requested information in a timely manner may result in an application processing delay. ☐ I acknowledge that this application does not constitute final approval, and that additional permits, reviews, or requirements may apply. I further acknowledge that it is my responsibility to coordinate with all applicable agencies and departments – including, but not limited to, the City of Eagle Building Department, Clerk/Treasurer’s Office, Eagle Fire District, Ada County Highway District (ACHD), and any other relevant local, state, or federal agencies – to identify and satisfy all requirements associated with my proposal. Failure to obtain all necessary approvals and permits may result in delays or denial of final project authorization and/or certification.
