The sites involve space limitations or unusually shaped parcels; b. Topography, soil, vegetation, or other site conditions are such that full compliance is impossible or impractical; c. Due to a change of use of an existing site, the required buffer-yard is larger than can be provided; d. Safety considerations are involved. This ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF COMPLIANCE request is to provide an alternative to the requirements of Eagle City Code (ECC) Section(s): Please state the applicable ECC Section and give a brief description of the code requirement Please give a description of the proposed ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF COMPLIANCE and state how it meets or exceeds the requirements of the above referenced ECC: In addition to the written justification herein detailed plans are to be provided for Design Review The City does not guarantee acquisition of public services provided by any agency. The developer, property owner and/or applicant of this Alternative Method of Compliance application does hereby release and indemnify and hold harmless the City of Eagle from any and all claims, cost, damages, etc., from any individual or organization regarding the acquisition of services which are not affiliated with the City, including but not limited to, municipal water service, sanitary sewer service, access to public roads and fire protection.
