Question: Per the RFQ issued for this project, item 5 on Submission requirements requests that the Construction Manager responding includes “City of Eagle Specific Experience Summary: Provide a summary of your recent and historical experience with the City of Eagle. Specifically list projects complete for the City of Eagle”. This is worth 20 points or nearly 25% of the points available. Business Name Redacted over the years has completed many projects in the City of Eagle but none directly for the City of Eagle. As a company we are invested in the success of Eagle and we have many employees who call Eagle home. We are currently in construction of three important Eagle projects -project names redacted. Can this requirement be removed please? Answer: No. You may, however, provide any and all pertinent information that you feel will assist the selection panel in making their decision. 2. Question: Are tabs and cover considered to be in the page count of max 30? Answer: No.
