City of Eagle Surplus Vehicle Sale Date: Item: Amount of Bid: Name: Address: Phone: All bids shall be received by the City Clerk’s Office at 660 East Civic Lane, Eagle, Idaho 83616, no later than 5:00 p.m. (MST) on Thursday, July 25, 2019. The Public Works Department will review and act upon such bids on Wednesday, July 31, 2019. Payments shall be made by cash or cashier’s check within five business days of notification of being the successful bidder. If payment is not received by then, the item will be awarded to the next highest bid. Item shall be removed no later than Friday, August 9, 2019.
