Project Title: Eagle Bypass (SH44) Access & N. Palmetto Drive Extension Project No.: 16022 Owner: City of Eagle, Idaho Engineer: RiveRidge Engineering Co. Bid Date: 12:00 P.M. MDT, Friday (rev.) May 1, 2020 (rev.) Location: RiveRidge Engineering Co. 2447 S. Vista Avenue Boise, Idaho 83705 Addendum Acknowledgement Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum and all attachments listed below on page BID-1 of the “Bidder’s Proposal”. Any Bid that fails to comply with this requirement will be considered non-responsive. Contract Modification This Addendum shall become part of the Contract Documents for the project listed above. This Addendum consists of the following revision and clarification: 1. The Contract Award date has been changed to Friday, May 29, 2020. All other Contract dates remain unchanged. 2. N. Palmetto Drive Schedules of Values item 26, 18” RCP, is deleted. There is no 18”RCP included in the project. The existing N. Palmetto Drive Schedule of Value are deleted and are to be replaced by the attached Schedule. 3. N. Palmetto Drive Sheet 4.0 – There is an elevation error listed for the TBVC at PC Station 16+26.55, 19.00’ L. The TBVC elevation should be 2566.85. 4. N. Palmetto Drive Sheet 6.0 – The rim elevation for the irrigation manhole at Station 16+28.33. The rim elevation is 2566.58. 5. The Instruction to Bidders 16.1, in the Contract Documents, reads, “Bids will be opened and read aloud publicly.” Due to the existing conditions, and the requirements associated with “social-distancing”, bids will be delivered to a table set up outside the main entrance to the Eagle City Hall until 12:00 pm MDT on May 1, 2020. Bids will not be accepted after 12:00 pm. Bidders may remain but must maintain a distance of at least 10’ from the table. Bids will then be opened and read aloud as stipulated.
