If the Zoning Administrator and/or the Design Review Board determine that additional and/or revised information is needed, any dates outlined for processing may be rescheduled by the City. 2. The City reserves the option to reschedule meeting dates as may become necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. 3. Applicant/Representative must attend the Design Review Board Meeting. 4. Applicant/Representative is required to have a pre-application meeting with Staff a minimum of 5 days prior to the cutoff date. 5.
