Page 1 of 4 Rezone Checklist Updated 12/30/2025 REZONE SUBMITTAL CHECKLIST The following checklist needs to be completed, and all items listed within must accompany the completed application. REQUIRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS – HARDCOPY ONLY: ☐ ☐ Three full-size copies of site plans arranged in complete plan sets folded according to department standards – folding instruction available at PZ-Plan-Folding-Instructions- PDF . ☐ ☐ Two printed sets of adhesive labels containing the names and addresses of all adjoining property owners and purchasers of record who own property located within the required noticing radius of the exterior boundary of the application property, as required by Eagle City Code 8-7-8. REQUIRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS – DIGITAL ONLY: All plans and documents must be submitted as original high-resolution digital versions (not copies, where applicable). Please refer to the digital submittal standards located on the city’s website. ☐ ☐ Verification of a neighborhood meeting being held prior to the submittal of this application. Note: The verification shall include the time, date, and location of the meeting, a copy of the letter mailed by the applicant, any exhibits presented at the meeting, a copy of the mailing list, and the sign-up sheet from the meeting.
