Page 1 of 2 Covenant & Agreement Form Instructions for Covenant and Agreement Form for Oversized Buildings Two copies of the Covenant and Agreement for an Oversized Building form shall be signed by the owner(s) of record, notarized, and returned to the City of Dublin to be signed by the Chief Building Official or his/her representative. The two copies are then to be taken to the Alameda County Recorder’s Office in Oakland for recording. One copy will be kept at the Recorder’s Office and the second copy returned to the City of Dublin. Attach an 8-1/2 x 14-inch (maximum) scaled copy of the plot plan, indicating required yards, to each form. This Covenant and Agreement shall run with the land and shall be binding upon ourselves, any future owners, encumbrances, their successors, heirs or assignees, and shall continue in effect so long as said oversized building shall remain thereon or unless otherwise released by authority of the Chief Building Official.
