Shreeve, Sr., Chief Building Official Subject: Effective Date of Building, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, CalGreen and Housing Codes The City of Dublin Municipal Code, Ordinance 15-19, adopting the 2018 International Building and Fire Codes (with 2019 California Amendments), the 2018 Uniform Plumbing and Mechanical Codes (with 2019 California Amendments), the 2017 National Electrical Code (with 2019 California Amendments), the 2019 California Green Building Standards Code, and the 2018 International Property Maintenance Code become effective on January 1, 2020 with local amendments. All projects for which complete building permit applications (including full working drawings, if applicable) have been properly submitted and for which all appropriate fees have been paid to the City of Dublin Building & Safety Division on or before December 31, 2019, shall comply with the 2016 California Codes ding, including all local amendments. All projects submitting building permit applications after December 31, 2019, shall comply with the 2019 California Codes, including all local amendments.
