March 18, 2014 PUBLIC NOTICE A meeting of the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) Steering Committee will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at 3:00pm, in Suite #324 at the Government Center, 1316 N. 14th Street, Superior, Wisconsin. The Steering Committee provides oversight and direction to the 2012-16 Community Health Improvement Plan. cc: Superior Telegram
