Those industries requiring outdoor storage for raw materials and/or finished products may be required to provide a fence or screen in accordance with the provisions of Section 6.0. 1. Permitted Uses Manufacturing, assembly, fabricating, and processing plants and similar type industrial operations consistent with the purposes of this district. General warehousing. Accessory uses clearly incidental to a permitted use. Railroad yards. Essential services and utilities intended to serve the principal permitted use. 2. Uses Authorized by Conditional Permit Salvage yards, subject to the provisions of Section 6.0. Quarrying, mining and processing of products from these activities, subject to the provisions of Section 6.0. Salvage yards (noncommercial).
