Chapter 1.30, Page 86 1.30 ELECTING TO PROCEED UNDER SECTION 75.521, WISCONSIN STATUTES, IN RELATION TO THE ENFORCEMENT OF COLLECTION OF TAX LIENS THE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF DOUGLAS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. ELECTION Douglas County elects to adopt the provisions of Section 75.521, Wisconsin Statutes, and any subsequent amendments or revisions, for the purpose of enforcing tax liens in Douglas County in the cases where the procedure provided by such section is applicable and desirable. SECTION II. REDEMPTION The Treasurer of Douglas County shall set the last day for redemption required by Section 75.521(6). SECTION III. EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication. Dated this 17th day of October, 2013.
