1.9 ORDINANCE DESIGNATING PUBLIC DEPOSITORIES RESCINDED THE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF DOUGLAS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Douglas County Ordinance #1.4 is hereby rescinded in its entirety. Designation of public depositories is now in resolution format and will be enacted on by the County Board at their annual budget meeting. Signed: Douglas G.
