Chapter 2.2, Page 4 2.2 COUNTY ORDERS THE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF DOUGLAS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. PURPOSE All County orders shall be signed by the County Clerk and by the County Treasurer, or their deputies, and all orders shall be charged to the bank or banks, and the bank designated on the order before leaving the County Treasurer's hands. SECTION II. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on passage and publication.
