7.5 REPEAL OF ORDINANCE #7.1 THE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF DOUGLAS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, Ordinance #7.2, Land Recreation Ordinance, was established to regulate the recreation areas owned and maintained by Douglas County, and WHEREAS, in 2000, Ordinance #7.2 was amended and revised to encompass the contents of Ordinance #7.1, with the intent that Ordinance #7.2 would replace Ordinance #7.1, and WHEREAS, language repealing Ordinance #7.1, was not included in the amendment to Ordinance #7.2. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Douglas County Board of Supervisors hereby repeals, in its entirety, Ordinance #7.1. Dated this 17th day of May, 2001.
