THE COURT ORDERS: To: (Name of Bank) You are hereby authorized in the presence of and an officer of the bank to open the lock box of the above named deceased, and make a duplicate list of its contents, one to be filed with the Court and also deliver the Will, if any, to the Register in Probate for Douglas County, Wisconsin within 7 days of opening said lock box.
