City of Douglas Parks Department New Washington Park Shelter Addendum # 2 9/16/25 Per discussion with Rocky Mtn Power, they will turn over ownership of the existing pole to the City. Contractor to Supply and install new 100A Meter Main to be located on this pole. Re connect the existing street light and overhead to adjacent floodlight to the meter main with two 20 A breakers. The two interior lights are to be, LED Beacon SRT2 EDGE-LIT or approved equal. One single gang GFCI Tamper and Weather Resistant receptacle at each column. Two receptacles per 20A breaker. Total number of receptacles not to exceed 8. Location may vary if proposed design columns exceeds 8. All conductors will be run through framing beams with no exposed conduit. Acknowledge receipt of Addendum 2 on bid sheet dated 8/28/25 page 8 of bid form.
