Thursday, January 15, 2015 Wastewater Treatment Fence Replacement: Addendum #1 To all: A few things came up during the pre-bid walk through on Tuesday January 13th. They are listed as follows: 1. There is only one fence; it runs around the perimeter of the wastewater plant. It has a woven wire bottom and three strands of barb wire at the top. 2. There are twisted wire stays between each line post; these shall be installed in the new fence as well. 3. The posts shall be CCA pressure treated lumber. 4. The posts shall meet the WYDOT specifications; however a certification will not be required. 5. The five foot steel man gate shall be the height of the finished fence. 6. An alternate to the six foot woven wire fence would be to use two shorter pieces, bonded together to equal the six foot height. It is acceptable to have woven wire fabric with a tighter spacing at the bottom than at the top. 7. There are two photos attached as well, H Brace 1 and Wire Stay 1. These are of the existing fence and have been attached for your convenience. Thank you all, Josh Joshua M.
