City of Douglas Public Works Annex Roof Replacement Addendum # 1 7/21/21 1. Scope of Work – Delete “Shop Roof” section entirely. 2. Scope of Work “Main office roof” Change Item 1. to read “Remove existing roof to the tar top of the existing built-up Gypsum layer” 3. Scope of Work “Annex main shop” Change Item 1. to read “Remove existing roof to the tar top of the existing built-up Gypsum layer” 4. Manufacturer’s Warranty to be 15 year Minimum. 5. Project completion date shall be no later than June 15th 2022. Project work not to exceed 30 Calendar days from start to final completion. 6. Versico VersaWeld QA TPO Fully Adhered System will be considered an approved equal. 7. Use attached Schedule of prices noting the addition of an add alternate for an additional layer of 2.6 inch insulation (R30 total) to the lower level roof only. Clean-up, Building Permit and 15 year manufacturers warranty all to be considered Included in the unit prices.
