3090756.2 PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS DOUGLAS COMMUNITY CENTER The CITY OF DOUGLAS, WYOMING, is soliciting bids from firms to serve as the General Contractor in connection with construction of a new Community Center located at 501 S Windriver Dr, Douglas, WY 82633. This is a Stipulated Sum Public Works project. The project consists of: a new 45,000 Square Foot building that will provide the community with three multi-use gymnasiums, an indoor walking track, lounge space, and meeting rooms. The construction budget is estimated to be approximately $24,000,000. Bid Documents will be available on Wednesday, May 7th, 2025. A copy of the Bid Documents may be obtained from: NV5, the City’s Owner’s Representative Geoff Graham, Project Manager [EMAIL REDACTED] There is a mandatory pre-proposal meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 20th, 2025 at 10:00 AM (MDT). Bids must be received before 3:00 pm (MDT) on Tuesday, June 10th, 2025. Bids shall be electronically delivered to NV5.
