New Bartling Park Shelter City of Douglas Parks Dept. Addendum # 1 2/7/2020 1. Powder Coating will be the only method accepted. 2. There will only be 6 receptacles required not 8. One per column. 3. All electrical shall be run and grounded per local code. No more than 2 receptacles per breaker. Small breaker box to be located on shelter column. 4. Provisions for electrical routing and mounting to be requested from supplier to prevent surface conduit. 5. Concrete pad to have a 1 ft. x 1 ft. thickened edge around the entire perimeter with 2 #5 rebar. 6. Concrete to have fibermesh and design mix as suggested from manufacturer and meets public works standards. 7. Sub-grade to be compacted under all concrete. Pad to receive 6 inches compacted road base. Sidewalk to receive 4 inches compacted road base. End of addendum 1
