Addendum No. One, City Hall Design/Build RFP Page 1 of 1 May 24, 2018 Request for Proposals City of Douglas Wyoming City Hall Design/Build Remodel Project Addendum Number One 1. The due date for proposals has been extended until Friday, June 15th, 2018, 3:00 p.m.; 2. Published dates will be extended to include May 30th and June 6th, 2018; 3. The new deadline for final questions is Monday, June 11th, 2018, by 12:00 p.m.; 4. The City is requesting cost estimates for design of the site as well as construction costs. The City understands that the construction cost estimate will be based on information provided at the mandatory pre-bid meeting; that those estimates will be clearly general estimates; and that updated detailed costs will be provided after final designs are completed and accepted; 5. It is expected that the successful applicant will analyze the building and site, work with staff to identify needs; present concepts to staff; develop accurate construction estimates based on findings; and complete approved construction projects; 6. The City is not requiring any environmental building or site review due to a recent remodel completed in 2005; 7. The City will be increasing security of the building including access of the building and offices; camera and security systems; and overall wi-fi accessibility; 8. The City is expecting a minimum of two design concepts; 9. There is no limit on the number of pages for the submittal; 10. All questions and comments need to be forwarded to Clara Chaffin, Community Development Director. End of Addendum #1 Acknowledgement of addendum number one is required with proposal.
