Attached are the as-built drawing for the City Hall basement. 2. The fire, access, and cameras should be integrated into one system if possible. 3. Presentations of system options can be done via online platforms. 4. A bond will be required for any value over $100,000. 5. A 5% preference will be given to Wyoming companies. 6. After hours work will be allowed. Work should be coordinated with City Hall staff. 7. New doors should be matched to existing doors if possible. 8. Bids should be submitted through a general contractor. 9. The upstairs conference room will require lighting to match and celling to match once the wall is removed. 10. Ensure entrance to elevator area is ADA accessible. 11. Add a new water heater (20 gallon) in the basement as an alternate bid. 12. Add repair of or a new water filtration system in the kitchen as an alternate bid. The following information will be provided in an Addendum #2 pending response from City IT: 1.
