Thursday, December 15, 2022 City of Douglas Sheep Mountain Pump and Motor Replacement: Addendum #1 To all potential project bidders: It has come to my attention that there were a few inconsistencies in specification sheet for this project. Please take note of the corrections in the specifications for this project and ensure that your bid reflects these changes. Make sure to fill out page 8 section 4 of your existing bid documents or download the updated set of bid documents acknowledging this addendum. • Section 1.1- The contractor will re-use the discharge column NOT provide new piping. • Section 1.2- The pump case is NOT required to be stainless steel. Both the pump and motor are to be 8 inch. • Section 1.2 D-Both check valves shall be a drain and check style valve. Flomatic model 80DI-VFD drain and check valves will be accepted as an approved equal to the Simmons Part No. 2687SB. • The pump cable shall be at minimum 350 MCM jacketed pump cable with separate ground. • Section 1.5-The listed pump manufacturer and model shall be Goulds 10RJMC-4, 6-stage, or ENGINEER-approved equal.
