Public works Annex Fence City of Douglas Addendum # 1 1. Due to wind load on privacy slats change post spacing to 8 (eight) ft. O.C. 2. There is to be no privacy slats installed on gates. 3. Old fence is to be removed and grading done by the City of Douglas. 4. Electric gate operator on cantilever gate to be sized for weight and length as necessary. Lift Master SL575 or approved equal. Include 8 radio transmitter controls and 2 key switch controls. 5. 24 ft opening Cantilever gate to be welded galvanized steel, not aluminum. 6. Power to be supplied by contractor under this contract. Power may be accessed from the north wall of the old shop. 7. Please note correction to “Agreement between owner and contractor “ Article II‐ Time of completion. Should read; The work to be completed under this contract shall be commenced within Thirty (30) calander days after receipt of notice to proceed, weather permitting. 8. Due to lack of specs on gate operator and power supply the Bid Opening will be postponed until Thursday, August 21st @ 2 pm.
