Request for Qualifications Architectural Services for Douglas City Hall Renovations Due: 3:00pm local time, August 17, 2018 Following are the questions received regarding the RFQ for Architectural Services for Douglas City Hall Renovations. 1. Question: Is the City looking for a fee or a rate? Answer: The City is looking for hourly rates. 2. Question: If a contractor is used for estimating, will that contractor be able to bid on the project at a later date? Answer: Yes 3. Question: Can the RFQ be hand delivered, or does it have to be mailed? Answer: The RFQ can be hand delivered. 4. Question: Can the bid include use of the City Engineer, or would that be a conflict of interest?
