Addendum No. One, Skate Park Design/Build RFP Page 1 of 1 January 12, 2018 Request for Proposals City of Douglas Wyoming Douglas Community Skate Park Design Addendum Number One 1. This request for proposals is hereby changed from a Design only to a Design/Build proposal; 2. The due date for proposals has been extended until 3:00 p.m., January 31st, 2018; 3. Published dates will be extended to include January 17th and 24th, 2018; 4. Section II. PROPOSAL’S CONTENT, number five shall now read: General Information: provide any additional information you feel would be useful during the review process such as conceptual ideas, drawings and methods that would help the review panel understand what opportunities could be anticipated from an initial construction budget of $130,000. 5. Section V. SELECTION CRITERIA to include: Quality of materials and products. Firms proposed schedule. End of Addendum #1 Acknowledgement of addendum number one is required with proposal.
