City of Douglas Parks Department New Washington Park Shelter Addendum # 1 9/12/25 Standing seam roofing will not be required. Standard 24 Ga steel roofing panels is acceptable. The rocky mountain power meter is located on the existing structure and will need to be moved to the power pole adjacent to the new structure. Approximately 15 feet of underground service will be required to replace the existing overhead service. The 8 in 12 roof pitch has been confirmed as the desired pitch. Eave height may vary depending on manufacturer. 7 ft 6 inch is a MINIMUM. The footing design provided in the bid package is for reference only. The engineered footing design requirements and construction specific to the proposed shelter will be required. Acknowledge receipt of Addendum 1 on bid sheet dated 8/28/25 page 8 of bid form.
