Option #1 Douglas Community Club Maintenance Shop Specifications Scope - New constructed building on west end of Douglas Community Club Golf Course 1.Building -50ftx30ft shop with 14ft walls, with 4” thick walls and 6” roof blanket insulation, YES__No__ both should be faced with or better facing -color-beige to match other out buildings YES__No__ -Snow load of at least 30lbs/sq.ft ground and roof YES__No__ One Walk in door 36”X84” YES__No__ -One 12’X12’ overhead door 591 thermacore or equivalent, provide door operator. YES__No__ -overhead radiant heat ( sized to the building ) YES__No__ - 5’X4’ thermal sliding windows with screens YES__No__ -It will meet a wind load of 115mph YES__No__ 2.Concrete thick floor with thickened edge and monolific piers for steel building construction per local code YES__No__ -rebar enforced no less than #4 rebar on 30” centers YES__No__ -final interior grade work/prep YES__No__ - Exterior 14 x 12’ x 6” slab with thickened edge at the overhead door YES__No__ - Exterior 4’ x 4’ slab at the walk door YES__No__ ---PAGE BREAK--- 3. Electrical 125 amp 120/240 volt single phase electrical panel. Service to be extended underground from the service pole to the north. YES__No__ Shop area 6 – 4 lamp T5 bay fixtures, 10 – 120 volt duplex outlets with GFCI protection, YES__No__ 3 – single pole switches, 1 – exterior fixture, 5 – 240 volt outlets ( 1 welder, YES__No__ 1 air compressor, 1 equipment lift, 2 for future equipment Power connections for door operator. Power connections for heating equipment. YES__No__ All wiring to meet the requirements of the 2014 NEC.
