Chapter 3.6, Page 19 3.6 AIR POLLUTION CONTROL RULES THE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF DOUGLAS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. ADOPTION That the County of Douglas hereby adopts the State of Wisconsin Air Pollution Control Rules as promulgated and passed on July 1, 1970. SECTION II. FILING OF ORDINANCE A copy of the Wisconsin Air Pollution Control Rules and any Amendments to this Ordinance shall be permanently filed and open for public inspection in the County Clerk's Office. SECTION III. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective immediately upon passage and the permanent filing of the Rules in the County Clerk's Office. Adopted August 13, 1970
