Chapter 1.9, Page 48 1.9 ORDINANCE DESIGNATING PUBLIC DEPOSITORIES RESCINDED THE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF DOUGLAS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Douglas County Ordinance #1.4 is hereby rescinded in its entirety. Designation of public depositories is now in resolution format and will be enacted on by the County Board at their annual budget meeting. Approved March 20, 1986
