Chapter 4.17, Page 40 4.17 SALES OF ALCOHOL BEVERAGES TO INTOXICATED PERSONS THE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF DOUGLAS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. RESTRICTIONS A. No person may procure for, sell, dispense or give away alcohol beverages to a person who is intoxicated. B. No licensee or permitee may sell, vend, deal or traffic in alcohol beverages to or with a person who is intoxicated. SECTION II. PENALTIES Any person who violates Section I shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than 60 days or both. SECTION III. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage and publication. Dated this 17th day of November, 1983.
