Chapter 1.8, Page 47 1.8 PENALTY ON DELINQUENT TAXES RESCINDED THE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF DOUGLAS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Douglas County Ordinance #1.6 is hereby rescinded in its entirety effective January 1, 1986. Any penalties previously assessed because of delinquent payments shall continue, however, to be due, along with principal and interest, until paid. Approved November 21, 1985
