Chapter 4.01, Page 2 4.01 CLOSING HOURS THE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF DOUGLAS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. PRESCRIBED OPENING & CLOSING HOURS A. No premises for which a Retail Class B intoxicating liquor license or a Retail Class B fermented malt beverage license which has been issued pursuant to Wisconsin Law sale be permitted to remain open for the sale, vending, dealing, serving or trafficking in or giving away of intoxicating liquor or fermented malt beverages or for any other purpose between the prescribed hours set by the individual towns and villages. All premises shall be vacated of all patrons and guests from the prescribed closing hour to the prescribed opening hour. SECTION II. PENALTIES The penalty of violation of this provision shall be a fine of no more than $500.00 or imprisonment not more than ninety (90) days, or both.
