Chapter 4.22, Page 48 4.22 METAL OR GLASS DEBRIS IN OR ON THE SHORE OF ANY BODY OF WATER. THE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF DOUGLAS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. PURPOSE/PENALTY Whoever throws or deposits any metal cans or glass bottles or any other debris made in whole or in part of metal or glass in or on the shores of any lake or body of water is subject to a Class C forfeiture, for each offense. SECTION II. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage and publication. Dated this 17th day of November, 1983.
