PICKLEBALL PICKLEBALL O P E N P L A Y O P E N P L A Y Tuesdays at Rock Creek (3 courts) 9:00-11:30AM - All players welcome Year-round Wednesdays at Rock Creek (3 courts) 6:00-9:00PM - All players welcome Year-round; however, times may vary during the youth basketball season (October-February) Thursdays at Rock Creek (3 courts) 9:00-11:30AM - All players welcome Year-round Sundays at Rock Creek (3 courts) 3:00-4:00PM - Beginners only 4:00-9:00PM - All players welcome Year-round; however, times may vary during the youth basketball season (October-February) Hours & availability for indoor courts are subject to change. Facilities are closed on government observed holidays posted at the Rec Center and at dawsoncountyga.gov. Facilities may also close for camps, special events, maintenance, etc, as outlined below. 2026 Holidays & Indoor Court Closures: January 1, 17-19 February 6-8, 13-16 April 3, 5, 17 May 25, 26-29 (mornings) June 1-18 (weekday mornings), 19 July 3-4 September 7 November 11, 26-27 December 4-5, 24-25, 31 (close at 5pm) Underlined dates are not full-day closures (closure period is provide in parentheses) Updates are posted on the Dawson County Pickleball Facebook page. Outdoor pickleball courts at Rock Creek are available on a first-come, first-served basis during regular park hours (Monday-Sunday 7AM-10PM).
