7 Day Letter Inspection Report Project Address: ID# Permittee: Design Professional: “I certify, as the Design Professional, that I have visited the site and inspected the installation of all BMP’s per the approved plans.” All BMP’s are installed per the approved ES&PC Plans. There is a deficiency in the proper installation of the BMP’s for the approved ES&PC Plans. Corrective action is needed and must be taken within 7 days.
